PORNOGRAPHY and SEXUAL HARASSMENT: solutions to the innermost problems of the society?

"How can Philippines overcome the problems in the society if the society itself make some unwanted solution to the problem?? "

Before we tackle about some of our insights regarding this said problem, let's look at their definitions first so that we can fully understand the topic we had chosen.

Sexual harassment is intimidation, bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors.

Pornography or porn is the depiction of explicit sexual subject matter for the purposes of sexual excitement.

Nowadays, an immense industry for the production and consumption of pornography has grown. It's because of the increasing use of the VCR, the DVD, and the Internet as well as the emergence of social attitudes more tolerant of sexual portrayals.
It's really sad to hear that pornography and the increase numbers of the victims of sexual harassment were one of the heavy issues that our country is facing right now. We can't avoid the fact that Philippines is slowly becoming one of the foreign countries who are addicted to such an uncivilized obstruction.
In the years of our existence here in the world, lots of news had been circulating around our social circle. News that aren't supposed to be heard and aren't suppose to be the crime that is committed by a Filipino. But to no avail at all, it is a hard fact that must be accepted even though its really hard to believe. And its all because of pornography and sexual harassment.
We knew that our superiors and ancestors in the old days, depict an image of a civilized human being. They are more contiguous to a diplomatic manner. But as life goes by, things started to changed and what's worse is that those things that our elders taught us haven't been implanted into our minds and haven't been applied to the modern world.
More and more people became victims of such acts and to this never-ending issues that were bugging our society. And because of this said cause, numerous numbers of complications started to spread out and made the humanity suffer. One of the root causes for the people to be in this kind of dilemma is the increase number of the poverty rate. I searched all over the web of our society's poverty line and based on what i had glanced through, 40 % of our constituents live below the poverty line throughout the country's 78 provinces, 84 cities, or 41,940 barangays. How can we just sit back and relax?
We can't avoid blaming our forerunners because corruption takes its place into our government and they had nothing to offer to us. And an opposition senator even admitted that in 30 years, the Philippines will not even reach the level of Thailand, which i understand is a poor country. This is anything but encouraging. Imagine? Spending your next 30 years of your life in poverty! that's so lame!
Let's get back to the main issue and ask ourselves: Can pornography and sexual intercourse be the solution to such problems?
I object to such thoughts. Not only will we foresee the catastrophe that the unessential solution will administered to us but it will also be the birth of a savage and a low class individual.
It's really an embarrassing thought that we stoop low because we think that these solutions be the easiest ticket for us to be more opulent and free from the poverty that we've been through. But that point is wrong. Those mind sticking thoughts are fallacious at all. Not only the dignity can be sabotage but also the cleanliness of a person as well in terms of physical and spiritual aspects.

So, is this it? Is this the only way we can improve our life? are we going to live our lives with mockery and regrets? or how about thinking of a better solution though striving and struggling be the answer to our success? think it over. Your future is in your hands.
